Indicative years of experience: 9+ yearsRole Description:Solution Lead role is responsible for providing design solutions to meet business requirements, combining system and technical understanding Reporting Relationship:This role reports to Delivery Manager / Sr. Delivery Manager / Program Manager  Key Responsibilities:Delivery1. Prepare High level designs including feasibility study & proof of concepts and related artefacts. Ensure designs meet functional and non-functional requirements.2. Collaborate with Architects and business for aligning designs with BU specific architecture roadmap and guidelines3. Create conceptual & logical diagrams by collaborating with Architects & Development team4. Incorporate industry design best practices, principles and patterns to produce optimal designs5. Contribute in development and testing of complex functionality and provide support for delivery throughout SDLC phases6. Identify opportunities to fine-tune and optimize applications. Understand technical pain areas of development team on day to day basis and suggest possible alternatives process7. Comply with PGS / BU specific SDLC / Execution practices (Design Review, Code Review, Release Management etc.)8. Provide Support to Delivery Manager / Delivery Lead for estimation and risk identification. Mitigate technical and Design risks Technical leadership9. Build technical expertise within BU teams.10. Mentor and coach development team11. Contribute towards BU maturity in Design and Technical areas. Skills- Good understanding of Modern web technologies- Good hands & current experience on Design patterns- Layered Architecture, Web Application Architecture, Service oriented Architecture- Good understanding of various tools t represent System architecture - (Conceptual Diagram, Sequence Diagram, CRCR, Object Models/class diagrams)- Strong kowledge of OOAD, OOPs and UML- Experience in designing including considerations for non-functional systems qualities- Experience in creating new- reference architectures and patterns, execute POCs and establish reference implementations- Exposure to risk Identification and mitigation processes for Secure Software (OWASP)- Good Knowledge of SDLC (like Waterfall, Iterative, Agile, SAFE)

Designation: Lead Actuarial AnalystYears of Experience: 6 to 8 yrsLead actuarial analyst is expected to work independently with the home office counterparts. The person is also expected to be an and SME on one or more technical areas and also to guide and mentor junior members in the team.Key Responsibilities: - Being in a senior technical role, Lead Actuarial Analyst will trasition with work form Home Office. WIll be a significant contibutor to mentor and guide the team on technical aspects.- Ensuring timely and quality delivery, minimizing escalations, acting as a bridge between home office team and Pune team- Should Have in-depth of technical/functional knowledge in one or more actuarial domains like valuation, pricing, reserving, reporting and risk management- Should be able to guide and mentor nalysts in the team.- The person should be responsible for analyzing and translating business information and technical requirements into projects that can be handled and managed by the time in the most optimum timeframe with quality and timely delivery. The candidate should identify risk mitigation strategies associated with the actuarial work- Bring Industry wide best practices and understand external technology trends. Should be able to relate those trends to the workplace- In case of Data focus, the person should be able to guide the team on use of tools like MS Access, VBA, R and SAS- The person should Assist in Planning for the project/program- The person should Identify and interact with the home office team and necessary Business stakeholders to make sure their needs and expectations are being met- The person should be a strong proponent of Actuarial practice and conducting roadshows (or other Sessions) to demonstrate it.Process:- Comply with PGS / BU specific practices- Provide Support to Manager/Sr. Manager / Group Manager/ head of operations for estimation and risk identification.
